At Qasmetics by NQs, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.

    • In the original packaging.

  • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including lip products, opened skincare, and personal-use items.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee (if applicable) will be deducted.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • If you need an exchange, contact us at support@qasmeticsbynqs.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Start a Return

  2. We’ll provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.
